Our QR code software is user-friendly and provides your guests a VIP experience and your sponsors the data they covet to follow up with attendees.
Our Professional Portrait Photographer will take a series of photos of each of your guests. They will receive their images in a private branded web gallery within moments of them being taken.

- Pricing starts at $450 per hour and includes:
- 1-Photographer
- Camera, lighting and backdrop
- Headshot hardware and software
- Custom email template for branding
- Unique QR code for guests to scan
- Online personal web galleries for 6 months
- There is a 4-hour consecutive minimum (including a half-hour for set-up and a half-hour for breakdown) per day
- Email list of guests who signed up to have their photos taken
- Additional Services 4-consecutive hour minimum)
Assistant – $50 per hour (may be required based on final brief)
Hair & Make-Up – $325 per hour
